Penny So is a poet and zine-maker living on the traditional, ancestral and unceded lands of the šxʷməθkʷəy̓əmaɁɬ təməxʷ (Musqueam), Stó:lō, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples. Her work has been published in pulp mag. She was a recipient of the David and Terry Atkinson Creative Writing Award, and was a finalist in Two Sylvias Press 2018 Chapbook Prize. under the moon, on a joy (Rose Garden Press, Fall 2022) is her debut chapbook.
